Thanks John D. for your detailed explanations. So there is no need to use JSON after all, then the way Jim G. shows us in is original post is quite fast and efficient. If someone has the time to post back a C# function that will read back the HashTable saved to a file made from APL with it's value it will be appreciated.

Daniel B. I have tried the JSON function on the APL Wiki (thanks Kai) but for large matrix of numbers it was not fast enough for our application, that's why we did those DFN functions that are taking care of just a simple particular case.
