Small changes to the forums

We have made a few changes to the forums:
1. We have deleted the PocketAPL forum - the posts have been moved to APL Chat
2. We have merged the Migrating from APL2 forum into Migrating from other Systems
3. We have added Raspberry Pi to the Platforms and Interfaces
4. We have added macOS to the Platforms and Interfaces
