Search now working again .. and a little more

The search tool is now working again in the forums .. you can now search for expressions containing at least two characters.

We've also added ⎕ to the list of characters which are considered to be part of a word for simple searches; that means that searching for ⎕xml now only lists posts with ⎕xml, rather than all posts with xml in them.

Note that the search tool runs once an hour, so there is a period during which any new post is excluded from search results.
