Dyalog v13 to R interface on W7

it works fine on Windows 2003, but of W7 r.init returns:

DISP_E_EXCEPTION (80040013)

(statconnDCOM, rcom, rscproxy are installed).
I guess it something about permissions/security... Any hint?

It's available (for all Dyalogs) from aplwiki at:

For v.13 more powerful interface developed by Dyalog and
should be (?) distributed with the product.

For version 13.0 (because it uses complex numbers), we have an experimental R interface which is available on demand (write to me until further notice). We hope to make this generally available "soon".
