Could you try your problematic browsers again? Trying to serve up the APL365 font from the book itself to see if that helps.

Dyalog DCL: support for Mac?

Could you tell me if there are any plans for adding Mac support for the Dyalog DCL? From what I can tell it's unsupported. Also, is there some 'getting started' material somewhere to consult?
